Leather is abrasion-resistant to maximize longevity for the pads and your knees. Material wraps around the top of the pad to protect the edges from wear and tear. Foam padding made with nitrile rubber (0.5"/12mm thick) maintains its shape over time. Pads protect your knees from injuries and reduces lower back stress.
